Our training and development opportunities are offered to build and strengthen both the individual and the organization through six mission critical program models designed to support the personal ambitions of lifelong learners, organizational missions and career development. These program models are listed by activity percentage below:
I. Business, Education, Human Resources, Leadership and Workforce Development Programs
II. Social Development Programs for Teens and Young Adults
III. Mentorship-Apprenticeship Programs and Activity Series
IV. Project Similations for Corporate, Nonprofit and Church Organizations
V. Community Outreach Programs
VI. TLB Education and Scholarship Programs
We exist to serve the training needs of students, young adults and individuals through professional development strategies that are not only philanthropic, but also innovative and effective. While the majority of our program activities are funded through provider service fees, sponsors and donations, one hundred percent (100%) of our overall expenses are allocated to support and facilitate our training activities.
To specify, the benefits from our business income through our leadership and professional development training model enables us to further support our mission to provide the same level of trainings and social programs to teens, the unemployed, underserved, underprivileged, disabled under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and individuals whose household income fall below the poverty level at No Cost to them.
