What is the refund policy for this course:

Cancellation/refund request must be made in writing to

TLB's Customer Service Relations Unit (csr@theleadersbranch.org) no later than seven business days prior to the beginning of the course to receive a full refund. For all refund requests submitted within 7 days of the first-class meeting, TLB CSR will grant a 75% refund. Nonattendance does not constitute a cancellation. For online courses, no refunds are available once you have accessed the course.
